I don't know if you mean XXL Freshman, because if so, Chip and XV didn't make that list. If you mean new people you can't really include Wiz considering he dropped his first album in like 2006.
Just new artist, i know Wiz is older but i guess people still consider him a freshman, but yes we know Chip and XV arent apart of the XXL Freshmen list.

I added those guys because first of all xv definitely deserves to be on the XXL list and so does chip and Wiz was on the list so I included them.
I see what you mean, and I totally agree that XV deserved to make the cover, especially over Oj da juicbox
